The school practices selective admission which requires all enrollees to present an average of 80% before given the application for entrance examination for any level.
Accepted age levels are as follows:
Pre-School:
Nursery must be 3 1/2 to 4 yrs. old
Kinder must be 4 1/2 to 5 yrs, old
Prep. must be 51/2 to 6 yrs. old
Elementary:
All Grade 1 applicants must have undergone Preparatory training. Enrollees without preschool training will definitely not be admitted.
High School:
Must present a certificate of Good Moral Characterand Student Report Card
(F-138).
OTHER OBLIGATIONS
For the purpose of determining the scholastic status of the students, a year-end evaluation is programmed by the Committee on Academic Performance every school year.
- Good Standing - Any student who obtains passing grades, without any grades below 80% in all his subjects shall be included in the list of students with good standing. Principal's List.
- Warning - Any student who obtains a grade lower than 80% in atleast two subjects at the end of the grading period shall be warned by the Teacher-in-charge to improve his class performance. The parent/guardian of the student concerned will be duly notified in writing.
- Probation - Any student who obtains final grades below 75% in atleast one subject at the end of the grading period shall be placed on probation for the succeeding school year.
Probation may be removed by passing with grades of 80% or better in all subjects in the succeeding school year.
- Dismissal - Any student may be dismissed from this institution on the grounds of scholastic deficiency according to the criteria and regulations of the institution.
